We at 2B Best Business are very happy and proud to introduce our new CEO, Jonas Lönnblom! Jonas lives in Bredaryd with his wife and has a broad and solid background in purchasing, development, technology and sales.
With experience from both trading and manufacturing companies, and a deep understanding of both business and technology, Jonas comes into the role with a steady hand and a genuine commitment. We had a quick chat to get to know him a little better!
What are you most looking forward to in your new role - and what inspires you in 2B Best's journey so far?
Initially, I'm looking forward to getting to know all my colleagues, and then meeting all the existing suppliers and customers who make the journey possible.
How does it feel to take over the leadership of a company with such a strong heritage and history?
It's a big responsibility to take over, especially when you look back at the company's history and development. My colleagues and I will do everything we can to continue in the same spirit and achieve the goals set for the company.
How do you want employees and customers to notice that you have taken over as CEO?
My intention is for everything to run as smoothly as before - in close cooperation with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
What parts of 2B Best's culture and way of working do you most want to protect going forward?
The good culture that exists in the company. Every individual is equally important in our common culture, way of working and success - this is something I really want to continue to encourage and build on. Everyone should feel part of it!
Do you see any particular areas of development or opportunities for 2B Best in the coming years?
It's a bit early to say yet, but you can already see that there are customers with great development potential - both business-wise and also technically. Our guiding principle will always be to offer the best deal, and continuous development is the key!
