Delivery terms
Prices
Prices are subject to VAT at the rate applicable at any given time. We also reserve the right to exchange rate changes and trade barriers over which we have no control.
Number of
We reserve the right to change the quantity to even packs without notice.
Certificates, attestations and the like
Charging is based on the scope of the document. Delivery of certificates according to EN 10204 or equivalent, always takes place in the form of a copy without our source of purchase. Original certificates are stored with us.
Packaging
Packaging costs are added to our prices. Packaging and leftover materials can be returned sorted at source with freight paid for recycling.
Goods delivered incorrectly
Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer is entitled to return incorrectly delivered goods within 10 working days and after written notification to us. We will reimburse the buyer's return freight for the goods that do not comply with the contract. The buyer is not in any case entitled to damages or other compensation beyond what is stated.
Delayed delivery
The buyer is not entitled to damages or other compensation for delayed delivery.
Call-off orders, forecast lists
In the case of call-off orders or approved forecast lists, final delivery and final invoicing of the remaining batch(es) takes place after the agreed call-off period has expired.
Dispute
Any dispute arising out of the Agreement and the provisions attached thereto and any dispute concerning the legal relationship referred to therein and derived therefrom and what is connected therewith may not be brought before the courts but shall be settled by arbitrators and in accordance with Swedish law.
