Delivery Terms
Prices
Prices are subject to VAT at the applicable rate at any given time. We also reserve the right to make adjustments in the event of exchange rate fluctuations and trade barriers beyond our control.
Number
We reserve the right to change the quantity to round figures without prior notice.
Certificates, licences and the like
Charges are calculated on the basis of the document’s length. Certificates in accordance with EN 10204 or equivalent are always supplied as copies without our supplier’s details. The original certificates are retained by us.
Packaging
Packaging costs are added to our prices. Packaging and leftover materials can be returned, sorted for recycling, with postage paid.
Incorrectly delivered goods
Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer is entitled to return incorrectly delivered goods within 10 working days, following written notification to us. We shall reimburse the buyer for the return postage costs for goods that do not comply with the contract. Under no circumstances shall the buyer be entitled to damages or any other compensation beyond that specified.
Delayed delivery
The purchaser is not entitled to damages or any other compensation in the event of a delay in delivery.
Call-off orders, forecast lists
In the case of call-off orders or approved forecast lists, final delivery and final invoicing of the remaining batch(es) take place once the agreed call-off period has expired.
Dispute
Any dispute arising out of the Agreement and the provisions annexed thereto, as well as any dispute concerning the legal relationships referred to therein and arising therefrom, and any matters connected therewith, shall not be brought before a court but shall be settled by arbitrators in accordance with Swedish law.
